This Easy Biscoff Tiramisu combines the rich flavors of mascarpone cheese and Biscoff cookie butter, layered with coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies for a delightful dessert that’s sure to impress.
Ingredients
8 ounces good quality mascarpone cheese (like Galbani or Belgioioso)
chilled (226g)
½ cup Biscoff cookie butter (140g)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (or more based on your preference)
½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
chilled (480g)
50–60 Biscoff cookies
1 ½ cup strong coffee or espresso
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chilled mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, granulated sugar, and optional vanilla and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee or espresso briefly, ensuring they’re soaked but not soggy.
- In a serving dish, layer soaked Biscoff cookies at the bottom, then spread a layer of the Biscoff mascarpone cream on top. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes
Feel free to adjust the sugar according to your taste. For added texture, you can crush some Biscoff cookies for sprinkling on top before serving.
