1 block brie
300 g cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano seasoning
1 baguette
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the cherry tomatoes and minced garlic in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add rosemary and oregano seasoning, mixing gently.
- Position the brie on top of the tomato mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is soft and the tomatoes are roasted.
- While the brie is baking, slice the baguette and toast it in the oven until golden brown.
- Once ready, remove the baking dish from the oven and serve the brie warm with toasted baguette slices.
Notes
Feel free to add a drizzle of honey on top for extra sweetness or substitute the cherry tomatoes with other seasonal vegetables.
