Instructions

- Roll each ball out into thin discs and heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry each disc until golden brown on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the cane sugar and cinnamon. Toss the warm bunuelos in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
