These Easy Churro Cheesecake Bars combine the soft, flaky goodness of crescent rolls with a creamy cheesecake filling and a delicious cinnamon-sugar topping, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

2 packages crescent rolls
2 – 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one package of crescent rolls and spread it in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing it together to form an even layer.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer in the baking dish.
- Unroll the second package of crescent rolls and place it over the cream cheese layer, sealing any seams.
- Melt the stick of butter and mix with 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Drizzle the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture over the top layer of crescent rolls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bars and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a touch of nutmeg to the cream cheese filling. Serve warm for the best tasting experience.
