4 golden potatoes quartered
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ cup cornstarch
⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
⅓ cup unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic minced
¾ cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and mash.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, paprika, cornstarch, parmesan cheese, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into small croquettes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add milk and flour to the garlic butter, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Dip each croquette into the garlic butter dough, then place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra flavor, you can add herbs or spices of your choice to the potato mixture. Ensure the croquettes are spaced apart on the baking sheet for even cooking.
