7 tablespoon all-purpose flour

2 tablespoon whole milk

2 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles

3 oz cream cheese softened

4 tablespoon powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Splash of heavy cream optional


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini cake pan with non-stick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, granulated sugar, avocado oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the whole milk and Christmas sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the mini cake pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • While the cakes are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth. If needed, add a splash of heavy cream to achieve the desired consistency.
