This Easy Pizza Croissant Recipe combines the flaky goodness of croissants with a delicious pizza filling, making it a perfect snack or meal.
Ingredients

400 g ham
300 g mozzarella
½ cup ketchup/tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
100 ml warm milk
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
125 ml warm water
100 ml vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let it foam for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and warm milk. Add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil. Knead to form a dough.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Cut into triangles.
- On each triangle, spread a thin layer of ketchup, add ham, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of oregano. Roll them up starting from the wide end.
- Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, and paprika powder. Brush this mixture on top of each croissant.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
