This Easy Pizza Soup combines all the wonderful flavors of pizza in a warm and comforting bowl! Perfect for chilly evenings, it’s a quick and satisfying meal that everyone will love.
Ingredients

½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped green bell peppers
2–3 garlic cloves
1 pound ground beef
ground turkey
or ground Italian Sausage
1 ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 oz pepperoni
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
14.5 oz canned fire roasted tomatoes
2–3 cups broth
shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the chopped onions and green bell peppers. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground meat, cook until browned and fully cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and pepperoni, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and fire roasted tomatoes, followed by the broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella cheese if desired.
