1 ½ cup Pumpkin Purée

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, pumpkin purée, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the blondies cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into slices and enjoy!
