2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Kelly green gel food coloring
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and Kelly green gel food coloring. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Then, roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place the cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
