Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the large egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
