Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
½ cup natural peanut butter
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Crushed peanuts
Mini peanut butter cups
Dark chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- If using, fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or crushed peanuts.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Place the molds or tins in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until the bites are fully set.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy as a quick, healthy snack!
