1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add the scallops to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the scallops and set them aside on a plate.
