Ingredients
Sourdough Bread
Mozzarella Cheese
White Cheddar Cheese
Unsalted Butter
Garlic Powder or Roasted Garlic Paste
Chopped Fresh Parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spread unsalted butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- On the unbuttered side of half the slices, layer mozzarella and white cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with garlic powder or spread roasted garlic paste.
- Top with the remaining slices, buttered side facing out.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
