These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a deliciously crispy treat, packed with beef and cheese, and topped with a buttery garlic Parmesan finish.
Ingredients
Ground Beef: 1 lb (80/20 fat content recommended)
Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
shredded
Garlic Powder: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 2 cans (8 biscuits each)
Butter: 2 tbsp
melted
Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup
grated
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add 2 tsp of garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, 1 tsp garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over each bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
