Topping:
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb ground beef, then add 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a disc.
Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disc. Fold the edges over and seal the dough tightly around the filling.
Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp melted butter with ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb.
