½ teaspoon ground pepper

3 large cloves garlic

1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Mix well.
  • Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl, tossing to coat each slice with the mixture.
