1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread

cut into ½-inch slices

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until well mixed.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both sides of each slice of Italian bread.
