1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle the Everything But the Bagel seasoning generously on top of each bagel.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let them cool slightly before serving with Greek Yogurt Sauce.
