Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
