diced
1 lb green beans
ends trimmed
4 cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cracked black pepper, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the crispy bacon to the skillet, mix well, and season with sea or kosher salt to taste.
