1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1/4 cup oil avocado or olive
2 lemons
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Add garlic parsley salt, fresh thyme, and avocado or olive oil to the salmon, tossing to coat.
- Skewer the salmon on wooden or metal sticks, squeezing lemon juice over the top.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until salmon is cooked through.
Notes
For an added flavor boost, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before grilling.
