1 taco seasoning packet (or 2 tbsp homemade)

2 tbsp hot honey

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  • In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
