1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup packed cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and honey until smooth.
- Brush or drizzle the cranberry glaze over the meatballs before baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly browned.
- Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining cranberry glaze, and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less honey based on your taste preference.
