shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
½ cup small curd cottage cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, nonfat Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese.
- Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
