6 soft taco flour tortillas
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices cooked bacon
1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Layer each tortilla with grilled chicken strips, cheddar cheese, bacon slices, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Top with another tortilla.
- Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese has melted, about another 3-5 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
