4–5 medium potatoes thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1/4 cup milk
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
