Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the yeast mixture and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, incorporating fresh or dried blueberries as you knead.
  • Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
