1 1/4 cup whole milk powder
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Chop the bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, whole milk powder, granulated sugar, and fine sea salt.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Store the hot chocolate mix in an airtight container.
- To prepare hot chocolate, combine 1/4 cup of the mix with 1 cup of hot water or milk and stir until smooth.
