1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves

1 lemon
thinly sliced into rounds
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared salmon to the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the honey mixture over the salmon, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Top each salmon fillet with minced garlic and lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and serve hot.
