Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
