Ingredients
8 ounces elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup cooked chicken
diced
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
Fresh parsley
chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, diced chicken, honey, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
