Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and slice the carrots into even-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the honey mixture.
- Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
