This Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect blend of creamy, cheesy goodness and is a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
1 clove garlic
peeled and minced
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
½ cup frozen chopped spinach
thawed and drained
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and thawed spinach until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced bread.
Notes
Ensure the spinach is thoroughly drained to prevent excess moisture in the dip. This dip can also be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
