Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Bisquick mix, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the zest and juice of 2 lemons and mix until smooth.
- If using, fold in 1/2 cup of shredded coconut.
