Ingredients
1 ½ cups (150g) chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos
finely crushed)
¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter
melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 ¼ cups (200g) semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
8 ounces (225g) cream cheese
softened
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) whipped topping (or whipped cream
folded in gently)
½ cup (120g) creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)
chocolate curls or shavings
crushed peanuts
drizzle of melted chocolate or peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the semisweet chocolate chips with the heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until no streaks remain.
- Spread the filling evenly into the cooled crust.
- In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto the pie and swirl gently with a knife to create a marble effect.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate curls, crushed peanuts, or a drizzle of melted chocolate or peanut butter before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow the pie to set overnight in the refrigerator. Adjust the peanut butter and milk mixture for your desired consistency for swirling.
