  • 24 ounces marinara sauce

  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Sauté the vegetables and meat:
    Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant for 1 minute. Add the sausage and ground sirloin, breaking them up as they brown.

  • Combine ingredients:
    Once the meat is browned, add the chicken broth and marinara sauce. Stir in the broken lasagna noodles, salt, and pepper.

  • Pressure cook:
    Seal the Instant Pot lid and ensure the valve is set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Afterward, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before performing a quick release.

  • Serve:
    Once the soup is ready, serve hot with freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
