1 can (14 oz / 396g) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Red food coloring (gel or liquid)
Crushed peppermint candies or candy canes (optional

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add red food coloring and mix until you achieve the desired shade of red.
- In a well-greased or lined baking pan, alternate spoonfuls of the white and red fudge mixtures to create a swirling effect.
- Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the colors together.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or candy canes on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
