Instructions

  • Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness for even cooking.
  • Season the chicken with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
