Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix together the softened butter, cream cheese, allulose, and powdered sweetener until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples gently into the dough.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Mix the granular sweetener and cinnamon together for the topping, then sprinkle it over the cookies.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and cream until smooth, then drizzle over cookies after they cool.
