1 tbsp milk of choice

2/3 cup finely ground almond flour

3 tbsp powdered erythritol

or powdered sugar

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp baking soda


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk, almond flour, erythritol, salt, and baking soda until well mixed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
