Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk, almond flour, erythritol, salt, and baking soda until well mixed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on top.
