2 tbsp powdered swerve or sub 1 tbsp honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime zest

1/3 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers

1/4 cup toasted coconut unsweetened

1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, powdered swerve, vanilla extract, lime zest, and vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in crushed graham crackers and toasted coconut gently.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
