1/3 cup crushed gluten-free graham crackers
1/4 cup toasted coconut unsweetened
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, key lime juice, powdered swerve, vanilla extract, lime zest, and vanilla protein powder. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers and toasted coconut gently.
