Ingredients
Smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage
Baby red or Yukon gold potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, combine sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, and chopped bell peppers and onion.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture out evenly on the sheet pan, ensuring everything is in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
