Instructions
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill or oven. Cook the chicken until fully cooked and caramelized, about 6-7 minutes per side on a grill or 25-30 minutes in the oven.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare your rice according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
