Description

This zesty Lemon Vinaigrette adds a burst of brightness to any salad or dish. Quick to prepare, it’s a delightful blend of olive oil, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup

1 garlic clove minced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, and minced garlic.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and whisk until the vinaigrette is emulsified.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can store leftover vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
