2 Bunches Curly Kale

1 Cup Croutons

½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

¼ Cup Olive Oil

¼ Cup Lemon Juice

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

½ Teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  • Wash and dry the curly kale, removing any tough stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
