Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen french fries package.
- Bake the frozen fries according to package directions until they are golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the fries.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then whisk in all-purpose flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add milk to the roux, whisking until smooth and thickened.
