Sun-dried tomatoes
Heavy cream
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, then pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix in the cooked fettuccine, and toss to coat with the sauce. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For best results, use fresh shrimp and let the fettuccine cool slightly before adding it to the sauce to prevent clumping.
