Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Pound to an even ¾ inch thickness.

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Spread mixture evenly over each breast.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or chives.
