Ingredients
Cottage cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Low-sugar marinara sauce
Dried oregano

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Mini pepperoni slices

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your ramekins with olive oil spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes if using, and mix until well blended.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into the greased ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Top each bowl with a generous amount of low-sugar marinara sauce and additional mini pepperoni slices on top.
