Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the 6 ounces of flavored jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the ½ cup of cold water to the jello mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the partially frozen evaporated milk until fluffy and light.
- Gently fold the whipped evaporated milk into the jello mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours.
